This will be succinct. Not much here.
Good-Nixon & Valentine. Sorry Hobbs. You got paid, but the best options on the boundary are Valentine & Nixon. Both played fairly well.
Bad-McManus. I don’t know.
He just seems disgruntled and old all of the sudden. Perhaps a cap casualty after the season.
Ugly-Jenkins. If this is the end for Jenkins, I’m all in for Sean Rhyan to get the center job. Jenkins however has been a steady presence along the O-Line.
This team isn’t in a downward spiral necessarily, but the momentum is clearly going South. Go Pack Go!

It is interesting that Rhyan at C seemed to be an improvement, or at least NOT a dropoff. What's their cap hit next year? (I realize Rhyan isn't under contract and all we can do is guess what his value might be or should be)

It'd be helpful if we knew what we have in Monk.

Rhyan most likely can be had on a prove it deal or a contract like Watson. Ball out, get paid. Monk was a reach. Undersized as well especially given the direction of big horses along the line. I still see draft capital being used next year along the O-Line. Early prediction is Belton will absolutely be a starting tackle next year. Side of the line to be determined.

Maybe Rhyan should have been playing center all along and Jenkins remain at guard where he was good. But what do I know?

Good = the defense.

Bad = the offense.

Ugly = Packer nation as the hope of a Super Bowl season comes crashing down upon them and they begin to realize this team ain’t it.

I hope Mr. Policy is taking a good, long look from top to bottom and has the fortitude to take any and all steps necessary to eliminate the stench emanating from Lambeau the past 8 days.

I think it could be argued that at least in terms of a 60 minute effort, this was the best game they've played all season. Not that that's a great consolation prize. But hey, they've only lost by 3 points! That helps in playoff seeding, right? Lol

Good : defense played pretty good Eagles are legit, 3rd down was so so.

Bad: offense just not convinced they are for real. Jacobs played hard one miss on screen.

Ugly: Not sure who is less a leader Love or MLF. Leaders lead Love does not make anyone any better. Hurts leads his team he has backbone, Love not so much.
MLF? time is up there is no discipline dumb penalties, huge penalty lining up wrong thats on MLF. Talent is there, you need a leader at QB1 and a coach that can command respect. There is neither

Good: Quay's tackle on Bigsby--just a nasty, old-school takedown. Loved it!

Bad: Melton's drop on a fourth down. Love hit him right between the numbers and it bounced right off him.

Ugly: McManus. Why even send him out there for a try of that length in the wind? Hopeless...

Self-inflected wound of the night: The penalty on Kinnard. We went from a great scoring opportunity to a punt.

Was that the only down they tried with 6 O linemen? Notice how well we had some stuff open up for us?

Good - Defense
Bad - Offense
Ugly - The fourth and 2 rushed play with the game on the line. (with 1:35 left and 2 time outs in your pocket)

GOOD. DEFENSE DEFENSE DEFENSE

BAD No offense flow. Qb. Coach. Don’t know. Watson open numerous times Needed more more two backs Wilson and Jacob’s and maybe extra linemen

Ugly They didn’t do anything special on defense and we didn’t adjust. Rush up the middle you can roll, out . No play action when your supposed to do it

good- Defense.
Bad offense.
It would be nice to see more emotion from
Love. He needs to yell at some guys.
It's time to be Rodgers, Jordan.
The response I'm seeing isn't working.

Ugly- Jenkins should have never been
the center.
The uphill battle is over.

Love is not an elite qb. Time after time, he doesn't see or misses open receivers. Paying Parsons the big money wasn't a mistake, but paying Love was. No leadership. Seems unsure. Poor command of the field.

I think the biggest problem is the O line even w/Jenkins.
Now he's out for awhile which compounds the problem.
Rhyan comes in at center, and in case someone else gets injured, Belton is next up.
Say it isn't so!!

Games are won at the LOS.
I've always believed that.
So having all receivers on deck would be a huge help for Love, but Reed's status is still a secret, Tucker out, now Romeo Doubs injured (don't know how serious, if at all.
It doesn't look good.

The other thing is JJ averaging under 4 yards per carry. He's great in the red(green) zone. But seeing some 100 yard games from him would obviously help.
I see too many run stuffs on Jacobs this season.
1,300 yards rushing from him again seems unrealistic this season, but never say never i guess..
******
Not trying to be negative, but those are my thoughts on offense.
***********
Defensively, they're ranked 5th in yards/g. also defensive scoring is under 20 PPG, very respectable.
On the surface, this is a Championship caliber defense so far.
Although i'd like to see Gary and Parsons start to get home again
No sacks, no QB hits against the Eagles.

Great punch out fumble by Cooper!!
********
How bad was the first half?
Both teams combined....
7 punts, 2 fumbles, and a turnover on downs.

Good - DEFENSE

BAD - Offense except for Josh Jacobs

Ugly - MLF

Mr. Policy make your changes after this season. Get your people in ASAP, move the team forward or regret not making the moves for a long, long, long time.
If your don't make your changes after this season you can't blame it on your predecessor. Blame it on Murphy and then you own it for better or worse.
Thanks, Since '61

Good: The Defense. Particularily, Quay, Williams, Valentine.

Bad: The Offense. Particularily Dropped passes by receivers. Melton's really hurt. TE Musgrave not knowing where the line to gain, was. OL blocking.

Ugly: two things: Jenkins injury. 1). As Nagler said, we may not see Jenkins in a Packer uniform, again. 2). We had the wrong kicker on the field, if we are going to go for a 64 yard FG, in the wind. Havrisik MAY HAVE made that kick.
