Texans LT Duane Brown Suspended 4 Games

Adam Caplan of FOXSports.com reports that Houston Texans left tackle Duane Brown has been suspended four games.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Brown violated the NFL's policy against performance-enhancing drugs.

Brown has been a starter at left tackle in all 34 of his games since being chosen with the 26th overall pick of the 2008 NFL Draft out of Virginia Tech.

With the 6-4, 315-pound Brown out for the next month, Rashad Butler will be the starting tackle opposite Eric Winston. John McClain of the Houston Chronicle reports that the Texans are signing veteran Ephraim Salaam to provide veteran depth at both tackle spots.
