Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com reports that offensive guard Justin Smiley has passed his physical with the Jacksonville Jaguars, which means the Miami Dolphins will receive a 2011 conditional seventh-round pick from the Jaguars.

Smiley passing a physical was the only hurdle to the trade from being consummated. Smiley, who has a troublesome right shoulder, has agreed to restructure his contract, which would pay him $2.9 million dollars in base salary in 2010.

No official announcement yet from the Jaguars, who will need to release a player prior to finalizing the trade.
