Rams Lose LB Na'il Diggs to Torn Pectoral Muscle

St. Louis Rams linebacker Na'il Diggs has a torn pectoral muscle and will miss the remainder of the season.

The 10th year veteran out of Ohio State had started 12 games at strong-side linebacker this season, his first with the Rams after spending five seasons with the Green Bay Packers and four with the Carolina Panthers.

Diggs (6-4, 240) had 36 tackles and a pair of passes defensed this season.

Larry Grant and David Vobora are candidates to replace Diggs, with practice squad linebacker Curtis Johnson likely being signed to the 53-man roster to improve the team's depth at the position.
