No Charges for Browns RB Chris Jennings

Cleveland Browns running back Chris Jennings, arrested and accused of assaulting a doorman at a Cleveland nightclub last month, will not be charged with a crime, Donna Miller of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer reports.
Jennings has reached an agreement with the doorman, who has not signed a complaint against Jennings.
Details of the agreement were not disclosed.
Jennings, 24, appeared in nine games for the Browns last season, including one start, running for 220 yards and a touchdown. Jennings also caught 9 passes out of the backfield for 56 yards. Jennings signed with the Browns as a free agent during the summer after spending two seasons with the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League, and began 2009 on the team's practice squad.
