The Philadelphia Eagles announced that a pair of fourth-round picks, quarterback Mike Kafka and tight end Clay Harbor, had signed four-year contracts.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Chosen with the 122nd overall pick out of Northwestern, Kafka (6-3, 225) made 19 career starts, passing for 4,265 yards and 19 touchdowns during his career. A threat with his legs, Kafka added 887 career rushing yards, with 11 touchdowns.

Kafka was second-team All-Big Ten after last season.

Harbor (6-3, 252) caught 150 passes for 1,906 yards and 10 touchdowns during a 44-game career at Missouri State, where he was a first-team All-Missouri Valley Conference selection three times, and earned All-American honors on three occasions, including first-team honors in 2009.

Harbor has decent speed (4.62-40) and exceptional athleticism, demonstrating a 40" vertical leap and 10'00" broad jump at the 2010 Scouting Combine. Harbor could push Cornelius Ingram, who is coming off ACL surgery, and Martin Rucker for the top back-up job behind starter Brent Celek.

Kafka and Harbor are the eighth and ninth members of the Eagles' 13-player draft class to sign contracts.
