Indianapolis Colts defensive tackle John Gill was discovered, passed out and shoeless, on the side of Lafeyette Road in Indianapolis on Sunday morning. He smelled of alcohol and could not stand on his own, prompting his arrest for public intoxication.

According to the Indianapolis Star, Gill was released on Sunday afternoon and no charges were filed.

The Colts resume training camp today at Anderson University, and barring any team discipline, the 6-3, 300-pound Gill will be on the field.
