The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will activate rookie offensive tackle Will Barker from their practice squad, Barker's agent, Marc Lillibridge, announced on Twitter.

Guard Keydrick Vincent has been waived.

A four-year starter at right tackle for the University of Virginia, Barker (6-7, 315) has been on the Buccaneers' practice squad since being waived by the Dallas Cowboys at the end of training camp.

Barker has been earning a $6,000 per week practice squad salary from the Buccaneers, $800 above the $5,200 minimum. His elevation to the active roster is no surprise, as right tackle Jeremy Trueblood (knee) will miss Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals.

James Lee will start for Trueblood on an offense line that has backups starting at left guard (Ted Larsen) and center (Jeremy Zuttah).
