Confessions of a Polluted Mindset - You Know It Don't Come Easy

The Weekly Packers Brain Drain from Jersey Al.

I don't ask for much, I only want trust, and you know it don't come easy. - Ringo Starr

- This is the lament of the Green Bay Packers fan. Is it too much to ask that we can trust the Packers to have an easy game when all signs say it should be one? Aaron Donald retired, Cupp and Nacua out, 4/5 starting OL out, a visiting stadium packed with Packers fans - this should be a breeze, no? Instead, we are doomed to sweating out every fourth quarter biting our nails and worrying about how the Packers are going to find a way to lose this game. Last season's examples are games against the Broncos, Panthers, and Giants - all should have been easy wins and ended up losses or nailbiting wins. Perhaps the team's unpredictability is just a reflection of having the youngest roster in the NFL for the second year straight. Perhaps it's some reticence from the coaching staff to actually carry out their "All Gas..." mantra. Whatever it is, we can just never be comfortable. Perhaps it's the price we as fans have to pay in exchange for having been blessed with 13 championships. But hey Universe, you can stop now - it's been awhile, you know.

- For this week's Good, Bad and Ugly, you really could have just kept it to two words - Jordan Love.  Don't take this the wrong way - I'm fully on board with Jordan Love. What he has shown consistently is that he may be a slow starter, but he processes information, learns from his mistakes and usually figures it out. I expect him to keep developing and improving over the next year or two - he is by no means a finished product at this point, but he's still pretty damn good and I'm glad we have him.

- One thing Love definitely still has to learn is to protect the ball better when he decides to run. Holding the ball out in one hand the way he does is just inviting disaster. Once throwing a pass is no longer an option, tuck it in Jordan.

- Rashan Gary - Following up on my "Three Plays..." from yesterday, as I was watching all of Gary's pass rush snaps, I noticed that initially he started out down in a three point stance and then you started to see more of him standing up until finally you saw a lot of him rushing standing up. I went back one more time and tallied up each snap - here's how many of each instance per quarter:

Q1: down 5, up 1
Q2: down 2, up 2
Q3: down 5, up 5
Q4: down 1, up 12 (the 1 down was in goal line D)

- So it was even more pronounced than I thought. Gary was rushing predominantly in the fourth quarter from a two-point stance as he did in previous 3-4 defenses. And he was often starting out very wide, which did a better job of isolating him on one blocker (the tackle), avoiding chip blocks from in-line tight ends. This also allowed him to get up to full speed when met by the tackle, instead of being stood up before he built any momentum. Why so much in the fourth quarter? I'm sure it helped that the Rams were in pass-heavy mode attempting to come back from a deficit and their quarterback was not a threat to run. So I think this is an example of the coaching staff making adjustments and trying something different to help get him going. Hafley and his staff are all about fine-tuning and making adjustments, whether obvious or out-of-the-box. After Joe Barry's "written in stone" approach, you have to really appreciate Hafley's openess to change.

- I wrote earlier this year that we might see the Packers secondary looking different from week to week, whether or not there were injuries. A prime example of that this week was the use of Evan Williams. He went from 10 snaps in the Vikings game to playing every snap (78) against the Rams. The Packers likely looked to take Ballentine off the field (two TDs scored against him in the Vikings game) for the still-injured Jaire, and their solution was to make not one change but several. Nixon goes to outside corner, Bullard drops into the slot, Williams goes to safety, and they work Valentine into sharing snaps with Nixon and Stokes. Also, at LB, Cooper's snaps increased to 30 and Eric Wilson dropped down to 3.

- I have to admit, I think if the Rams had Cupp and Nacua this game, they likely win.

- Here's my weekly reminder that Eric Stokes just doesn't like to get involved much and I'd rather see Valentine starting in his place. (According to PFF, opposing quarterbacks have completed 20 of 28 passes for 225 yards and two touchdowns on Stokes for a passer rating of 118.9 )

- I know he got more snaps because Wyatt was out, but I think we really need to see Karl Brooks continue to get opportunities. From the first time I saw his college tape, I saw a player that just has a knack for finding his way to the quarterback. No matter where you line him up, (and the Packers had him both inside and outside on Sunday) he fights his way to the QB. He's probably not stout enough against the run yet to play all the time, but when you know the other team has to pass, get him in there for Preston Smith, maybe.

- So is Aaron Rodgers a coach-killer now? Asking for a friend. 🤣

Go Pack Go!

I don't know if I was just in early or not, but I freaked out when I checked CHTV and your Polluted Thoughts weren't here yet, Al. Didn't Know I was an addict and needed my fix.

I think Stokes will be fine along with the rest of the D, Al. A pass rush was expected against a non-running QB playing from behind, but if the D sticks to giving up only 13 I'll settle for it. Stokes will get picked on more and better have help if JA ever gets healthy. Put X as his helper and make them pay.

I was one of the first ones to say that we should trade Rodgers all the way back in 2015. While we'd have missed out on "run the table" with that, we'd also have reloaded much earlier than we could have. Rodgers, out of spite, was also great in 2020. I don't care about 21 or 22.

Regarding the defense: We have to get Stokes off the field. He's just not good. We've got personnel concerns at every level of the defense. The vets on DL are not doing well. The LBs, other than Cooper, have been a liability. I hope it gets better or this team will not be going very far in the playoffs.

They're young. There is time for growth.

I really got on the trade Rodgers train in 2022. They should have never signed him to that last extension. We could have got more for him. As Lombardi said it is better to trade a player too early rather than too late.

Is Rodgers a "coach killer"? McCarthy has done pretty well in Dallas after Green Bay fired him. Saleh lost a lot of games in New York before Rodgers arrived so his demise is not all on Rodgers. However I do think Rodgers' offensive preferences had something to do with both coach's dismissals.

Having watched the Vikings - Jets game this weekend, the one thing I would note is how old and stale looking the Jets offense is. It resembles McCarthy's offense in his last year in Green Bay. Was that truly McCarthy's offense or is it the offense Rodgers prefers? It is looking more like the later since Rodgers ran the same offense under LaFleur and Saleh. Rodgers appears to be stuck in time and defenses have figured out how to stop his offense, particularly now that his is not nearly as mobile as he once was.

" defenses have figured out how to stop his offense, particularly now that his is not nearly as mobile as he once was."

Also, because even though they have the RBs to do it they choose not to try to run or play action. Maybe what Saleh thought they should try?

I’ve read that too. I of course don’t know if it’s true that he wanted Hackett fired or a least demoted from play calling. It makes more sense than firing a guy at 2 & 3 after a loss to an undefeated team where their D actually performed well and the O is dominated by an individual whom Saleh didn’t particularly want.

I can’t see any other GM hiring Hackett regardless, so keeping him does suggest more owners folly and perhaps that Rodgers who, let’s face it, has only had one decent game, pulls the strings. Saleh will get another chance I suspect. I’m not sure Rodgers will and I’m sure Hackett won’t without him. Who worth their salt would want that gig if Rodgers is still there and seemingly pulling strings?

Yes, Rodgers was doing whatever he wanted on the field in 2018. It was constructed on the back of the only NFL offense he had played in, which was MM's verticals offense, but make no mistake, Rodgers was out there freelancing all season long and sparring with his coach openly on the sidelines.

Yes. Rodgers is a coach killer.

I wanted Lamar Jackson in the draft and then move on from Rodgers. I think that was in 2018 or so...instead we drafted Alexander. Lots of people wanted Davenport at DE. We'd have missed out on two MVP seasons if we had done that, and on Jordan Love.

I like the Packers philosophy of getting a quality QB, via draft or trade, and letting them develop on the practice field instead of just throwing them to the wolves, like the Bears do. I do think that the Packers, and other teams, hang on to that old vet longer than they should.

Since the Free Agency/Salary cap era began, about 30 years ago, the Super Bowl winning QBs.
, who are not named Brady or Manning , do it by the age of 31, for the most part. A few exceptions. Lots of QBs who won it younger, and then never again, like Rodgers and Wilson and Favre.

IMO, teams should start developing the "QB of the future" earlier and plan on trading away the starter they have to some sucker, like the Jets.

Regarding the defense: If you take away one quarter from their last 4 games (that's 1 out of 16 quarters), they've done a pretty decent job. They lead the league in takeaways, they're towards the top of the league in sacks. It's a Top 10 pass defense in most measures. We rarely blitz and prefer to rush with 4 and cover with 7 and see if the QB can beat McKinney.

I have to disagree with the "vets on the DL" are not doing well. This massive, 8-9 man onslaught is putting fresh people on the field all the time, and it's going to keep doing that all year. Other teams are going to take injuries and they'll be lining up backups against Clark, Gary, Wyatt, VanNess, Smith, Enagbare, Brooks, Wooden, Slaton. Quick guys get slowed down by dings as the season progresses, but big guys stay big. That starts to show by midseason.

These guys are generating pressure, getting sacks, and of course, most importantly of all things [/sarcasm] they're better against the run than they were last yeaer.

Regarding Stokes: Decide for yourselves. Watch him. He has a knack for avoiding contact, and if he slips, he can't really be blamed for that, can he?
He's been hurt and out of the lineup quite a bit the last two years, this is his last year on the contract, and he damn sure doesn't want to end the season on IR. So he's making "business decisions", IMO. I'd much rather have Valentine on the field, and if I could find a partner, I'd trade Stokes before the deadline. I can forgive a lot of things, but if you don't want to tackle people, I don't need you.

I don't get the point of woulda, coulda, shoulda. It sounds so whiny to say "I told you so; I thought we should draft Lamar Jackson."

My hindsight says GB should have been looking closer at what Ted Thompson was and wasn't doing to put a team around one of the all-time talents of QB. That's an equal view in hindsight. I've read other NFL players say Rodgers would have had multiple Super Bowls if he had he defenses Brady had. We'll never know.

But all we have is what we have, which is an exciting young team with barely a rebuilding, making the playoffs and winning a game the first year after moving on from the Hall of Famer.

Agree with the comments on the defense. I see an imperfect defense, but one that is not allowing a ton of points, is getting after QBs, forcing fumbles and forcing interceptions. People like to complain about one or two of the vets not having break out seasons, but for a group playing with a new scheme and a new DC, they're better than I thought they'd be.

I think that getting Lamar Jackson would have caused us to miss two MVP seasons from Rodgers and we wouldn't have drafted Love. Things don't happen in a vacuum. I do think we should move on from older QBs who aren't delivering Super Bowls.

I think Thompson put real good teams around Rodgers. If Rodgers had played a little better in the clutch, he'd have more rings.

Aaron Rodgers wasted Aaron Rodgers’ talent after the Super Bowl victory. Maybe the guy had the desire to be the best (by his definition of the term), hence the Great Stats, or at least the ones he cared about , and the eMVeePees, but he didn’t need to win to satisfy himself. He clearly needed to do things his way, whether or not his way produced victories. That was apparent by the end of OT in Seattle.

Unfortunately, I can see Eric Stokes manning the perimeter next year........ in Jacksonville! With Darnell Savage!

I was watching highlights of the different games, and I saw a play where a Colts WR blew past the Jags secondary defender for a TD. I thought to myself "this looks familiar" and sure enough, when I looked up the number of the Jags player, it was Savage........ NFL Business Decisions Player of the Week.

This from Al about Love is spot on...

"he processes information, learns from his mistakes and usually figures it out. I expect him to keep developing and improving over the next year or two - he is by no means a finished product at this point, but he's still pretty damn good and I'm glad we have him."

One of the biggest things I've seen from Love is he DOES learn from his mistakes. People need to remember Aaron Rodgers WASN'T Aaron Rodgers in 2008 or 2009. IMO that started happening at the end of the 2010 season and into the playoffs. Not even all of those games were great performances, but I think it started week 16 against the Giants. By the start of the 2011 season Rodgers was THE BEST in the NFL or top 2.

Love was ALWAYS going to take some time yet some here or any other site think he should have EVERYTHING figured out already. Like Al I'm glad we have Love. Has he been great this year. No he hasn't. I don't think you can play 3 snaps in the preseason and come in and be great. Not after ONE year of starting.

It's not always going to be smooth but in the next few weeks while the YOUNGEST team in the NFL starts to find it's footing, it's going to be fun and Love is going to be the MAIN reason why.

Stokes? Just shoot me now!

Something else to remember with Love, is who he is throwing too. His oldest WR's are in year 3. In Rodgers 2nd year as a starting QB (2009), he had Donald Driver a 10 year vet. Now the other WR's were young, he did have that veteran presence which was huge. It was huge for the WR room but also huge for the QB.

My prediction on this weeks game is tough. The Packers are favored by 5. I do not think the Packers will cover. The Cards are looking good and Lamar likes to run. I believe it will be a close game. Take the Cards and the points but the Packers win in a high scoring game that goes down to the end.

It sure don't come easy for the Packers. But the Packers made it easy for the Rams on that TD drive in the 4th quarter. How many 8-yard gains did the Rams get on those uncontested in-routes? And I think there were a couple more on that last drive before the defense finally tightened up. They should've tightened it up earlier.

I thought Rashan Gary was going to benefit from playing out of a three-point stance this season. Maybe he's just gotten too used to standing up.

Valentine's QB rating against stat does not take into account his pass interference in the end zone, and I'm not giving up on Stokes after a couple of rough outings with Alexander not playing, but yeah, we should be seeing more Valentine than Stokes going forward. It was already trending in that direction when Valentine got hurt again.

Re Stokes - I applaud your optimism, however there's a worrying trend emerging of him eschewing contact or being caught out of position.

As a first-round pick, he's expected to compete with Alexander for the CB1 spot - not be content as a supporting cast member......... and he wasn't dealing with Kupp or Nacua.

The style points come from the media not the team. It is really hard to win any game in the NFL so the Pack just needs to stack wins early in the season and worry about hitting their stride before the playoffs. The best team in football is the Chiefs and they are the post card for winning ugly these last two years. The defense is the key as the offense will score in the 20's without breaking a sweat. Very encouraging to see them stop the Rams on that last drive, throw everything else out. What happens in the key moments, during clutch time, when games are truly won and lost in the fourth quarter, is absolutely key. GPG!

We almost saw from the Packers what pained us about other teams doing to them: salting the game away with a time-consuming 4th quarter drive ending in points. 14 plays and 8 minutes...stalled out at midfield after starting at the GB 7 yard line in a two-score game...even a field goal would've made the Rams' late possessions more academic.

Excellent take regarding making plays in clutch time. Rams are a well coached team with a veteran QB, who was intent on getting the ball out quick, to avoid sacks. As far as the DL is concerned, I wish they would use Slaton more. He's stout against the run and has surprising quickness for a big guy.

The Rams lost to the Lions by 6.
They got blown out by the Cardinals (not sure what happened in that game).
They beat the 49ers by 3
They lost to the Bears by 6
They lost to GB by 5.

Maybe the problem with the Rams are that they are just an injured team right now. They have been close in all the games except for the Cardinals game.

Good job Al at catching the important facts.

Until the Packers become more consistent, we will have games like this. And that includes Love.

The one thing that I like is defense held at the end of the game. That didn't happen with Joe Barry. Kudos to Hafley. And I think the coaches have to learn a few things too.

I like it when Lafluer tries out different players. Last year and this year too. So here are the top six defensive backs. Mckinney, Alexander, Nixon, Bullard, Valentine and Williams. Gotta get them on the field.

If Morgan gets healthy, watch for Rhyan replacing Myers.

The Packers have had games in recent memory where they were beat up and either stood up to a superior roster or beat a better team...mostly at home, yes. Each game has a life of its own. I give the Rams credit for winning in the trenches for most of three quarters. Their OL kept resetting the LOS in the run game 2-3 yards upfield, and their front 7 was good on hassling Love (and slowing the run game). They're 1-4, but aside from the blowout to AZ, they've been in all one-score games.

That said: the Packers are looking more and more Jekyll & Hyde. Slow starts...which Packers team is coming out which quarter and how long can they sustain it? Arizona went into SF and beat an up-and-down Niners team last week. They're not a terribly prolific passing team, but they'll run it right at you--and they score TDs--and they like to bring exotic looks on defense (even if they aren't sacking the QB or forcing TOs at a tremendous rate). The Packers need to find some of the run mojo they were mining with Willis in the backfield...it seems a lot of that has disappeared with Love.

I just mentioned this above. The Rams are injured but have been competing. They have been battling every game. Other then the Cardinals game which I don't know what happened.

"That said: the Packers are looking more and more Jekyll & Hyde."

This season has just been a mess. The first game was on the ice track. Then Love gets hurt and they have a back up QB who was there for a 3 weeks. Then Love comes back, is rusty and just about everything that could go wrong does go wrong. But they battled back. And then this week we are without Watson, and then Doubs pulls his crap, making our WR room very thin.
We just having had consistency yet because we haven't had players consistently playing.

dobber, how does our offense move the ball and score points if our OL is getting beaten? I have always believed that nothing good happens on offense without blocking, so I cannot reconcile this in my mind.

All these points, even with backup QBs, leads me to believe that we're getting guys blocked. Aren't we? I know that our skill position players are leaving points on the field and we're still one of the best scoring Os.

Just throwing in my two cents...as if it would matter:
I really like this team. I think the effort is really great. Sometimes the fundamentals are a little off, but they'll get it.
The big thing I feel with the LB's is they are still figuring out angles and gaps that they are responsible for .
Stokes- he seems to lose balance when receivers cut , if they keep working with him I think he'll be fine.
I wish people would relax a little bit on Meyer. I know he isn't dominant but I think he is solid for the most part and I absolutely love the way he is able to pull on outside running plays.
As far Gary is concerned and really LVN and Smith, they are doing an excellent job on off tackle runs, it just isn't a bread and butter play as it was in the past. It really is hard to play run and pass as quickly as needed in today's NFL. If our secondary could take away quick options I think our pass rush can get home more often.
I think I'm a lot like many others here that would love our D to be absolutely suffocating. Unfortunately that is really pie in the sky type thinking these days. We have some really good pieces, we just need to get them in the right spots at the right time.
As you can probably tell my mind is way more polluted than AL's .
I can even relate to A-Rod's troubles in NY. He's seen a lot over the years. Sometimes its hard to let things go. I've been teaching HS history for 43 years, still am. Often have to swallow my comments as to how things are being done these days. Sometimes the old ways work pretty well...they got us this far.

PFF is not the Bible. The coaches obviously understand his value. So do I. Look harder.

Myers has never been solid. PFF may not be perfect but they aren’t wrong on his general level of performance. Continual weakest link.

Rhyan had his worst game of the year Sunday and Myers was just as bad but it wasn't his worst game. That says a lot.

Bottom 5 Offense
1. C Josh Myers: 38.5
2. QB Jordan Love: 51.1
3. WR Malik Heath: 51.1
4. RT Zach Tom: 52.1
5. RG Sean Rhyan: 53.3

When was the last time this O line blew a hole open on the One yard line, or on a key 3rd and short. If LaFleur continues with the McCarthy three shots and chug a Field Goal, there will be games they lose when it counts.
They have to threaten the red zone with the Passing game. Two quality TEs to work the quick reads.

I agree on PFF. However they are good at picking out really good and really bad performances and performers. Myers is a really bad performer.

I think Rodgers is likely a Coach Relocation Facilitator. The bits I've watched the Jets play this season, and especially against the Vikings, he wasn't "like a kid out there having fun playing a game." That ego still screams "IT'S NOT MY FAULT" after every miscue. Saleh's public suggestion that Rodger's cadence *may* have been responsible for some of the five false starts was enough for him to be lovingly set free.

Speaking of former Packers, Aaron Jones is week-to-week with a hip injury. The Vikings slow slide will begin soon.

Perhaps the Vikings will figure out that he's only good for 12-15 snaps per game. McCarthy was prescient. Also, week to week in the NFL means he's down for a month. Jefferson is already sniping about Darnold. The long slow trek back to the middle starts now...

"Is it too much to ask that we can trust the Packers to have an easy game when all signs say it should be one? "
Yes it is too much to ask.

"For this week's Good, Bad and Ugly, you really could have just kept it to two words - Jordan Love."
The Good - The bomb to Reed.
The Bad - The timing with Wicks. The timing is just off between these 2 right now.
The Ugly - The pick 6. While we don't want to give up a pick 6, that could have potentially been the best thing that could have happened. If they get the safety there that is 2 points. The Rams get the ball and if they go down to score at the end of half that is 9 points. And they got the ball to start the 3rd with a lot of momentum. That is 16 points from the time that play happened. Instead they give up the 6 (missed extra point), and they go down and get a FG before half. 3 point differential compared to 16. Huge difference in that game.

"I wrote earlier this year that we might see the Packers secondary looking different from week to week"
I think we will see various looks. But I want to see WIlliams and Bullard on the field more together. So come up with a 3 safety look more often would be the best way to go. For me its about getting the best players on the field. At this point I feel like both Bullard and Williams are the best players to be on the field.

"I have to admit, I think if the Rams had Cupp and Nacua this game, they likely win."
Counter that point. I think if the Packers have Watson and Doubs, I think they win by 3 TD's.

"I know he got more snaps because Wyatt was out, but I think we really need to see Karl Brooks continue to get opportunities. "
I want to see Brooks on the field at minimum for all pass rushing downs. He is too good to not be on there for those at least.
Another option. On run downs put him at DE. Let him move around.

Nobody's mentioning Wooden. I don't know if it's a mistake to make him sit, or genius to keep him fresh til later in the season? It's nice to have some depth but something needs to change ...

The deep ball from Love to Wicks in the fourth quarter, to seal the Game, was a Perfect Pass. Wicks just stone-fingered the ball. The same for Reed's drop and the other toss dropped by Wicks. The drops stopped drives, failed to move the chains and made the game more worrisome than needed. Yes, to all things Karl.

It’s not primarily timing with Wicks, it’s drops on catchable balls. Theres no benefit in sugar coating.

I believe Doubs will be targeted several times this week—and he’ll make the catches.
I think the DLine will continue to improve.
The LB’s are a liability; hopefully Cooper is the pixie dust for that group—I believe he is.
My impression of Love is he doesn’t appear to ever get rattled.
So far Wyatt is the bus driver for the DLine…Someone wake up Clark.
Go Packers!!!

OR

Do the coaches make sure he earns it? Do they make sure his head is in it and they make sure to target other players more?

MLF seems like the kind of guy who will call Doubs' number to try and make him feel good, and Doubs seems like the kind of guy who'd be embarrassed by his behavior and want to show he's a key contributor.

D-Line may emerge from their slumber when they encounter the energizer bunny-K. Murray.

Al as usual your article has hit on many of the key points for the Packers at this point. The offense still needs to get in sync in several areas. IMO they need to get the ground game going again as it was when Malik was filling in for Love. They need to get all of their weapons (receivers) back on the field again. That will help Love. Love needs to work on his decision making. Yes, he learns from his mistakes but while he is learning his mistakes can cost the Packers games.

On defense Hafley's front seven needs to get better, end of story. They are not close to being a dominant force in the games. Hopefully as the season goes on they will improve into a unit that we can have confidence in. It was good to see them make a big stop in the 4th quarter. Maybe it's the beginning of what the defense will ultimately evolve into. Time will tell. Thanks, Since '61

I know we're still young, but most have a year or more under their belt. I also expected the O line to be better at this point, they seem somewhat inconsistent in all phases.

Al, if you want to relax, don't follow the Packers. Don't follow sports. That's not how it works. Sure we love blowouts, but they are pretty unlikely with the youngest team in the league, after their QB gets hurt and misses two game. And with a new DC and scheme and a bunch of rookies playing again.

The NFL is built for parity and any team can get hot or play very well on "any given Sunday."

Jordan Love: he's been inconsistent throwing the ball, at times,(excepting that incredible pass to Reed last week) and I think Love is masking a banged up leg. When you throw high or low it's mechanics and he's not pushing properly with his leg. Just speculation. He's also not running much. As I see the circus with the New York Jets I'm glad we have a solid guy who wants to listen and do better.

Rashan Gary has been this week's pinata in the media. Many folks forget that the opponents also have smart offensive coordinators who are going to scheme to keep him from knocking the bejesus out of their quarterback. Lucas Van Ness hasn't been heard from much and Kenny Clark has been a mystery. The new defensive coordinator needs to find a way to get more out of this group. He needs to blitz more with Cooper. I'm wondering if Quay Walker might be better as a rush end.

Romeo Doubs: first play against the Cardinals throw a bomb to him and see if he can back up his words.

The Cards will be no pushover. It might again come down to "Nervous" Narveson. Pray for him.

Spot on for me this week. Can we ever relax, ever. Case in point this past game. Surely, we had the opportunity to run up the score, once we seized momentum, but did we? Of course not. Telling myself that this just has to end at some point. I've been watching the Packers for too long to believe it wont. This was never the norm before.

Note to the Web master... Jersey Al's Polluted Mindset articles are - in my view - one of the best things about Cheesehead TV's website.

So why do you all make it hard to find the articles ? Maybe I'm not ADHD or something, but I think navigation of this website is a pain in a lot of ways.

Al, you're a part owner... pull some rank and get a link to your articles at the top of the web page.

Thanks!

Thanks for the comment. We are, in fact, planning to change how things appear on the home page, but you need to know that all posts simply appear in the order they were published. If you are looking for a specific post a week later, use the search function. Alternatively, our written articles all have a set schedule. For example, my Polluted Mindset article appears every Wednesday morning around 7:00AM EST. So if you look for it on Wednesdays, it will be very easy to find. Same goes for any other writer/column you want to read. Hope this helps.
